Essse Caffè
In 1978 the Segafredo family sold their Segafredo coffee business to Massimo Zanetti creating Segafredo Zanetti. It was not long before the Segafredo family decided to return to the coffee business and in 1979 Essse Caffé was founded in Bologna and to this day is still run by the Segafredo family.
Essse Caffé has gone from strength to strength since its foundation and today is one of the top 10 coffee producers in Italy. Quality is of utmost importance to Essse Caffé who are certified by the National Institute of Italian Espresso since 1998 ensuring all Essse Caffé blends are certified according to strict regulations.
Intenso
In 1996 Intenso was born in Naples, a city in Italy known for its deep coffee tradition. The Pascal family has grown Intenso over the last nearly 25 years into a business that is recognised in 50 countries around the world.
The success of Intenso is due to the Pascal families' deep knowledge of coffee markets throughout the coffee producing regions where they only select the best raw materials and roast their coffee beans to give delicate aromas and characteristics which ensure only the finest quality coffee is delivered to their customers.
